We ship goods on weekdays. If you order before 10am on a weekday we will ship your order that day. If you order after 10am, we will try and ship your order the same day, but will not guarantee it. Your order will be shipped on a pallet. This is the best and safest way to ship large pots. We use a 24-48 hour service, so in most places you can expect delivery on the following day. We will email you with a tracking code to let you know when your order is shipped. It is important that you are available to accept delivery. If the delivery fails because you are not available to receive the goods, it is your responsibilty to rearrange delivery and there may be further delivery costs up to £48.
It is very important to inspect your pots on arrival. If you suspect in anyway that the goods have been damaged in transit then you need to tell the courier that you want to sign for them as 'received as damaged'. If the couriers have caused any damage, we have 24 hours from the delivery time to notify them, therefore you have 24 hours to notify us of the same. I would strongly recommend inspecting the goods carefully before the courier drives away. Any claims received more than 24 hours after delivery will not be entertained.
Anything you buy from Fpots.co.uk can be returned with 30 days for a full refund including the shipping costs. You are responsible for returning the goods to us. You will receive a refund as soon as the goods have been received and inspected. We recommend that you photograph the goods when ready to ship, and that you get insurance with you shipment. I can recommend www.interparcel.com for booking both parcels and pallets. If a returned item arrives back to us damaged, we will tell you within 24 hours of receipt, but we will not be able to refund you, so you will need to claim from the courier.
I realise this sounds like couriers damage stuff all the time, but they don't. Pots delivered by pallet are especially safe. However, it should be clear what to do in that event.
These pots are fantastic and I expect over the next few years they will largely replace stone, clay and terracotta pots as the most widely used garden planter.
Fibre-clay is a lightweight and long-lasting material made with a combination of clay and natural minerals, making it a perfect material for garden planters and statues.
